The Student Welfare Department pays tuition loans in order to help provide part of the expenses of students who are able to study in universities according to the Regulations of the Student Welfare Fund. Applicants can apply for the above facilities at the beginning of each semester after educational registration to the student affairs office and apply for the student welfare fund facilities



General conditions of borrowers

Having the priority of financial need

Submitting a notarized commitment document with a valid guarantor at the time of applying for a loan



Educational conditions

Register and obtain the minimum number of required units according to educational regulations

The duration of using the loan according to the educational regulations for associate and non-continuous bachelor's and non-continuous master's courses is 2 academic years (four semesters) and continuous bachelor's course is 4 academic years

(eight semesters). The mentioned period is calculated from the time of student registration and in case of non-use, it will not be extended in any way


Loan repayment terms and conditions

Students benefiting from loans repay the received loan through the installment book online or by visiting the bank.

The time for determining the debt assignment for all students is 9 months after graduation. If they go to get the installment book after 9 months, the debt cannot be divided and the student must pay the entire debt at once

The repayment of the installments is deposited into the special income account of the student welfare fund

After the issuance of the student's installment book, it is possible to submit a temporary certificate

It is not possible to deliver academic encyclopedias until the full settlement of the students benefiting from student welfare fund loans
